The proposal translates the Jing-Zhang Railway's legacy of mobility and innovation into civic innovation infrastructure for the next century. The approximately 43.6 sq km research scope connects northern Haidian innovation resources, the Jing-Zhang corridor, and everyday services. The provisional 11.4 sq km overall design scope organizes the three-corridor network. The three key areas host near-term spatial prototypes that can be tested, assessed, and withdrawn. Metric Metric
